Most of those sites you've linked use a custom or modified theme, It is always best to use custom made or completely original designs for your website. However, there is tons of free templates across the internet. I have had a few problems using nulled forum software with Email Verification and Theme Customization, but not in recent time. I believe that WebFlake uses the most updated version of IPS (nulled).
