How to ban user from profile or ModCP?

I have this annoying issue where i have to ban from ACP how can i change that?

Are you talking about Flag as Spammer?  You do that from the members profile page.  If you need to change a users usergroup to "Banned" - I believe, without a plugin, you can only change usergroups from the ACP.

Which plugin could i use to getting it as i want.

Not sure off the top of my head of there is a plugin which allows you to do that, but I could be wrong, there are a lot of plugins.

you can make a band group and add that person to the ban group

I do have a banned group but the staff would have to do that for each member banned from the community. (That's stressful)

If I'm understanding correctly, you want moderators, without ACP access, to be able to ban users and then automatically move those users to a "banned" usergroup.

You could create a warning action in the ACP to ban someone and then use the Automation Rules application to detect when a user is banned and then move them to a new group.

You could delete his account or give him the Banned Role.

The issue is i would have to goto ACP everytime someone gets banned

I need to go everytime to the ACP to ban a User. You could use also a Discord Intigration to ban them from the Discord Server and then they should get banned on the Forum too.
