driver37 9 Posted October 29, 2019 Share Posted October 29, 2019 For free I would have to say either MyBB or SMF. Both have a ton of mods and themes and both are very actively developed. Another free option that is being developed is Flarum it takes a more standard content is everything approach so it doesn’t have a lot of the graphics and polish of other software but is a very nice option.
