Embeds disappear after reacting

I'm on 4.4.0 that I got from this site.

When users react to a post, the images and youtube videos, disappear. It's just an empty space, it only comes back if they refresh the page. The src of the images changes to forums/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png

does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Upgrade to 4.4.2 - 4.4.0 has too many bugs in it.

I upgraded to 4.4.2 and it's still happening. The weird thing is that it only happens to regular users, I have tested with the a test account and changing the group changes the behavior, if it's an admin or moderator the error does not happen, but I don't know why. I don't get any errors when I check the page with the inspector either way.

It seems to be a bug with lazy load. I turned it off and rebuilt the content and the problem is gone. But why only on some user groups?
