how do i change forum icons?

Hello i'm using Vulpes Dark Gaming Theme but i do not see any settings to change the forum icon

can someone help me please? i tried the tutorial but it didn't work, the icons didn't change

I don't know if this option for that with your theme, but normally you can change icon forum in ACP -> community's tab -> forums

And click on 'edit' for the forum you want change icon.

yes i've tried to put an icon there before but it stays too big.

using vulpe theme i need help changing the icons it's not working

You need to change each category step by step, If It staying big, You can use https://resizeimage.net and http://www.picresize.com. You can resize easily.

It's not always has to be with the resize images. Sometime it's a css issue. Did you check the part of the code that reads the category icons? 
Possibly you need to make some changes there too without touching the images you are adding.
