Dark or Light theme?

Hey, i'm thinking of making a developer's forum for hungarian people, since there aren't any in this language.

 

What you guys think about the theme selection? It should be dark or light? Thanks!

In my opinion, there should be a choice between dark and light. Users can then customize the forum for themselves.

Personally I prefer light, but most of the members in my community prefer dark so I offer both

I think light themes drive a level of trust, but I appreciate dark themes. I think you should have both.

I personally like dark themes, and using dark themes for all apps I can.

If you going for coding community maybe go with light theme as default theme, looks more "professional", althou you should have second dark theme for users to choose if they like to.
