Hi, I´m thinking in acquiring this software, I´ve seen some reviews on site and it has overwhelming positive feedback, what do you guys think it is the best VPN service(client of 2018?

You should purchase/use NordVPN, it's 100% better in my opinion and the multi-device use comes in handy. Their servers/speeds are quite faster than the overly shared-used ExpressVPN.

There is a detailed VPN comparision website that you can compare different VPN providers in terms of price, privacy, amount of servers and so on.

I advise you to check that website:

thanks for link, currently been using freedom VPN and works perfect for most things except not had it working with torrents, though I hear Nord VPN is best all around maybe I will switch after a review of that link.

Depends on your technical skill, but you can use a guide like this or check Google for a more updated version. http://readwrite.com/2014/04/10/raspberry-pi-vpn-tutorial-server-secure-web-browsing/Yes, you would need to either have a static IP at home so you can connect to that, or setup a free dynamic DNS through a site like no-ip. basicaly they give you a free hostname like izzkroddir.no-ip.org which always points to your home IP. You can run a script on the pi to constantly check your home IP address and update it to their server. You would then run a VPN client that connects to your house, and you can run all your traffic through the VPN and out your home ISP.
