AdminCP Login Issue

Whenever I am doing stuff in the groups section now it just logs me out and tells me to log back in and I cant do anything in the groups section

Check your internet provider conectivity, if your router lose the conection some ips assign you dynamic ips ranges.

I had this issue in the past.. it had something to do with cookies and sessions... I can't really remember how I solved it tho..

Firewall is okay and the only time I get the issue is when I go for the groups and it happens after a certain amount of groups are created it does something with a cookie error

Maybe checking   session.save_handler  & session.save_path  & session.gc_maxlifetime   in php.ini.

Using something like memcache or redis to handle sessions will solve this issue and provide more performance ..
