Newbies are able to download 90 files in the span of 30 days without making a single post — that's enough content for a fully fleshed-out installation with multiple applications, plugins, and themes. With one post before the 30-day marker, you can repeat that process the following month. One post. You could literally respond to our "Count to 10 before a Staff member posts" thread in the Off-Topic forum once per month and be set. By requiring that one post per month, we hope to encourage greater activity and a more vested interest in the community. Absolutely zero excuse to not make an effort. This topic has run its course.
