Sebastian94 3
Lol I bet most of it would be Linux over Windows and its mainly cause you have more security on Linux I mean to even edit a text file in the Linux Systems folder requires a password while Windows doesn't require a password

I would say it has the same security as Windows in a way. You create files in your home folder, like on your users desktop or my documents. No password is required. You want to access an area that's not your users then yes, same with Windows. But a more secure os I would agree on 3 hours ago, Dr.PepperG said: No pc os is great. What you mean? Franco567 1
Personally I love Windows 10. It is very handy when it comes to synchronizing with your other devices, and what I like about its dark mode.

SnowredWolf 0
I personally prefer windows 10, I even added the good old menu from windows 8.
AlGi 2
Even Windows 10 is pretty usable, Windows 7 is still more solid and the settings are way more intuitive to guys from the old school (like me). Modern Linux distros have nothing to envy from Win10 or Mac GUI. Linux Mint and Ubuntu are the ones I prefer for desktop use.
mateusz8313 0
Windows 10 is great if its in Pro, for some more advanced usage Home is just joke, automatic updates and restarts, 0 control of half settings, lack of gpedit.msc. Personally right now i dont see sense of paying like 100$ for Windows 10 while there is Linux or Chrome OS for just basic usage, but if its about gaming then LInux is like half decade back in comparation to Windows, but it recently change for better cause devs see that people what use Linux would pay their product if it would be good. NitroFuN 0
Best OS for PC in my opinion is... Mac. Hackintosh is a very nice topic
Meehoweq 1
Definitely Ubuntu or Arch. Used for many years, battle-tested. I've got experience with them Eventually, Windows 10.
Rextox 0
For me I used to love Windows 7. Never really digged Windows 8 or 8.1, and then I changed over to OS X (Mac), and I love it. However, when I need to game I use Windows 10 as it's the latest one. But I always feel kind of out of place in it, but maybe thats just me that prefers Windows 7. buddyxl 1
I use both Windows and Mac daily, and I prefer Mac in general. While Windows is convenient to use, Mac just has everything working right. I run into the weirdest issues while using Windows, meanwhile Mac gives me none.
João da Silva 0
I think it's Windows (well, I've always found Mac pretty cool, but I've never used it). But as I used my whole Windows life, I would recommend it to you. It is person to person dependent.
