[HELP] How create the same table

Hi, i would like to create a table members to display custom field like "Steam", Origin, Battlenet, Uplay and others

 On this website, the administrator created a table with this.

The table automatically retrieves the profile information. So no need to manually add a new line manually

need to use php and a db query to retireve it once that is done display that info in a table.

Then add that table custom made as a group and into the staff page
