0 Jrock Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 Chances are you're using the wrong username/password configuration. If your site is on cPanel, the SMTP username will look like this: joe+yourdomain.com, and the password will of course be the password. Try replacing the @ with a +. 0 xzoex Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 I had to set "Add '<' and '>' to 'to' and 'from' addresses" to yes to get mine to work. You might need to change "Override SMTP host" and "Override SMTP port" too. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
