Broken Theme

It's me again,

My website is running on IPS 4.1.12.2, I installed Shift theme, did some tweaks-settings etc. But when I complete the changes on settings, website looks like this:

This is just happens when I change the settings even a little bit, and I have no idea why this occurs.

How can I fix this? I reset the cache through Support tab but there's no difference.

Okay, I did the changes step-by-step with checks; seems like Guest Message is the only broken function that makes the site look like that.

Someone should upload the latest version (if not), or just put a warning message to the file's description.
