IPS Community Suite FULL Nulled-WF 4.1.9 upgrade problem

i just replaced one of the words in the URL with 'applications' and it skipped the error and went straight to applications stage of install. all set now, thanks

4.1.7 to 4.1.9

using 

the upgrade fails right away with this error, any suggestions

•   System Check
•   License
•   Applications
•   Upgrade Options
•   Confirm
•   Upgrade

EX256Class IPS\cms\extensions\core\FileStorage\gallery could not be loaded. Ensure it has been properly prefixed with an underscore and is in the correct namespace.
