Prof. Connor Manheim
Hey there! I am pretty sure this is a DDOS attack, but I am not to sure. Seeing as I am not use to things like this. Here is a picture of whats going on. If you look at the guest area, it shows that there is over 400 guest. They all have the same IP. Can someone help me please on how to stop this? Thanks! Erza
Is your site being slowed down to the point where loading becomes unbearable long?
Prof. Connor Manheim
No, the site is running just fine to be honest. Should I not worry? XD
Erza
400 guests on the same IP is kinda weird, but a DDoS attack slows your site down, and with enough force, even take it down. I don't think this is a DDoS attack.
Prof. Connor Manheim
Okay. Phew. Yeah, it's really weird. The highest guest count it got up to was 469. It finally went down to about 59 guest with the same IP. I dunno what's going on haha
Erza
I'd say, as long as no harm is done, there's nothing to worry but don't just let it be. Keep an eye on whatever this is. Just my opinion, though.

Its a spam bot that is sending 400 or more bots out to spam forums. If it was a DDoS Attack, them bots would all have different IP's, because they all would be coming from a different bot net host. And that many bots would probably take down your servers network. Edited January 8, 2016 by thetechgenius
NikoCodey
DoS - Attack coming from one IP address and one computer DDoS - Attack coming from multiple computers and IP addresses (botnet) Use athenalayer.com against this.
The General
Agree with everyone else, it's likely just bots. If it was a DDOS attack your site would be on it's knees attempting to serve a page
