Admin cp system settings problem

If it's not related to acp restrictions, you've run every cache reset option, and you've refreshed your browser's cache.. I can't foresee any other fix than uploading a fresh copy of the Admin folder. If there's another option, then anyone can feel free to enlighten me. Certainly not something I've ever run into myself.  0_o

Are you the only administrator on your forums? Also if you are not, does the other administrator have access to the Administrator Restrictions?

I'll try and re-upload another admin folder

Just Tried re-adding it and it never worked
