There's your problem, you are just going for the cheap options. Your site will remain up until you decide it goes offline (by not paying anymore, or violating their rules, etc.). You don't have to make a back up every day out of fear that it might disappear again. Why? Because you pay a price to ensure this doesn't happen. They can't afford to just simply disappear. They have made a name for themselves for a reason. If you are serious about owning a website, and don't screw around - you are more than willing to sacrifice like $40 for top notch quality, than $2 and have the fear of making a back up everyday JUST in case it disappears again. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Chris's advice is crucial make sure you look for reliable people don't buy till you've done your research and always make sure they have upgrade capacity and backup system! Given an unfortunate history of shitty resellers plaguing this community and many others, yes. If the company you're linking to is not an accredited name-brand company, then any mention of it is expressly prohibited. I've been researching for a while, and I get that a good Dedicated will be around 99-150$ minimum for decent specs, + scalable options, however my concern is more with the communities. Files from your own hosting are delivered through their servers to speed up the process of loading, as well as caches your files.
