@Erza you could always just quickly connect via FTP and modify the .htaccess file to add your IP if you're on a different network.  No programs needed, just use cPanel.

I am not the only administrator, so while this would be the option for me, I don't want to do this every time for the other admin. :)

Doing this would have both positive and negative affects. The positives are quite obvious, but you might need to login to your ACP at an unexpected location, and that wouldn't be possible if the IP isn't allowed to access it.

 

Personally I secure my ACP with a dedicated IP VPN (private IP, so only I can use it) so that I do never run into that problem :)
