IPS already said they have no plans in place to encrypt the software or anything at this point, and I doubt they ever will, so you can count on retail and nulled copies popping up very shortly after release. The bad thing on it is the fact that no modifications / hooks will work in the new version, therefore all the current nulled content will be unusable. I hope that modders will fix it as soon as possible. its going to be he posibility to migrate from 3.4.x to 4? Yes, it is. According to IPS there should be no serious problems during upgrade.
