I will guess and say it is coming from this line in the global template  (I think) 

<script type="text/javascript" src="/adminbidou/js.php" charset="utf-8"></script>

Try either removing it or commenting out like this

<!-- <script type="text/javascript" src="/adminbidou/js.php" charset="utf-8"></script> -->

If you have made your forum password protect you need to remove the password protected directory in the cPanel
