    You can just open your Panel and go to Themes > Edit HTML/CSS -> Put the code before the tag </body>

    Hi, I'm transferring my forum to another server because the other was with error, so I'm reinstalling the whole forum and now I need to export my Plugins and Applications and if possible, the theme as well. I have already used the IPS conversion system to transfer users, posts, etc. How can I do it?

    You add this in a css filetype, go to your panel -> Customization -> Themes -> Edit HTML/CSS -> CSS -> CUSTOM, and put it.
