Sorry about the title gore... in any case see my forum here https://www.usarrp.net/forums/ when the latest version of the Application Forms Application is enabled the inline notifications fail to load, and when trying to open the notifications page the following message is received.
Now I have managed to narrow down the fault to Applications Forms application because as soon as I disable said application the notifications begin to work once more, I tried installing an older version of the application which doesn't seem to make any changes.
The issue appears to have occurred in the past few days (when "nothing" has been changed)
This looks to be like the version on Webflake is out of date (2.2.0 instead of 2.2.1) This thread can be closed.
