Easy copying permissions to existing groups

(Sorry for bad english :/) Hello, is it possible to copy permissions from one group to other existing ones? Because introducing permits to each group separately spend too much time and i dont want to delete groups and copy from ready because I wont make shit in database with groups id :/ I will be grateful for response
