I personally prefer Avast Premier. Not sure if others allow you to have such control over the Firewall like the others.

Hard to say really. Youtube is a bit strict with their policy, and yet twitch is very shady. Do one thing they don't like and you're banned. Pretty sexist community too. As many know, they are always in favor for female streamers which has gotten them in a lot of heat.
