How do I remove the Search Bar on website running IPS 4.3

@Lady C How would I do that as I'm unable to access the Admin Panel and the website without receiving an error similar to that @killshandra What do you recommend?

@Testmyluck Ok, when I try to go the the main site, it's also down, saying there's a technical error. How would I change my theme if the only one I offered was just that theme? The default one is still on the site, but I don't have it available to anyone I updated 4 sites, and on one of them, it says "Unknown column 'set customized' in 'field list'"

I installed IPS 4.3 on a version of IPS that was 4.2.9. I use VirMach, which allows me to have a cPanel. How would I enable open_basedir
