I got this error message. At the beginning, I tried to upload the PaymentWall plugin to the IPB directory. After uploading, I got this error. Now I deleted all the files about PaymentWall and it is still wrong. Oh, I am back. In 2017 I tried to learn to use IPB, I found webflake through Google! There are a lot of great resources here that will allow me to quickly learn how to use IPB.
