I only used webflakes, And i got the bug fixed, I forget how now.

I noticed on all installs from 1.2 - 1.4.4 that when i try to create a new product 90% of my options are disabled. I did a install on a new pc fresh clean install. I used to have 5 tabs and over 100 store options when adding a product, Now i only have 1 tab and 5 options. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks.
