Tbh i just stick with Ccleaner free and malware bytes paid since they are the least annoying and doesn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Android is the best imo since you can use tasker witch if you dont know you can use to automate a lot of stuff for example i have a profile for when i get home to close the garage door and turn off bluetooth.
