If you don't see smiley in your shoutbox, right click on img box that should be emoticon and open in new tab, it should show you link where is it looking for emoticons, then go to your www folder and edit emoticon folder with that name Hope you understood me, if not, make me few screens of chatbox and we can go step by step over here or we can do it over teamviewer
