    Alright, the numbers of warnings points works. You have to set the number that you want and if the member reach it, he will be banned. However you can ban him without a certain number of warnings, just by checking the "Suspend from accessing the site" box in the issue warnings widget. Thanks everyone.

    You can go to "Members -> Staff -> Moderators -> Add Moderator -> Type of restriction to add -> Group or Member
