Verify that your conf_global.php file has the correct credentials for your database and that it's trying to connect to the right host.

Just be aware, if you are ever on your own dedicated, you will have to buy/lease your own firewall for it, or space within a firewall. This could double the cost of the actual server itself, depending on what kind of setup you are on. I doubt you are on a dedicated server, but knowledge never hurt.

Yeah, those words were said (typed). It's alright, this post isn't NSFW I'm wondering if anyone has read or is going to read this novel series. I'm already ten pages away from finishing the second book in the trilogy, and have so far enjoyed the series. People claim it's Twilight fan fiction, which it basically is, but it doesn't really remind you of Twilight at all, if you've never read Twilight at all like myself. Even if it did, anything with hardcore kinky sex is bound to catch my attention. Personally, I've enjoyed the series and it's one of the few books that doesn't really have cheesy or phony cliff-hangers. Anywhore, has anyone read the books? What are your thoughts on the series? Or if you're thinking about reading them, what's holding you back? Just a post script, after posting this, I seen my avatar and it reminds me of the book, however there is no correlation and it's symbolic for something else. I thought I would answer that question before it gets asked.

Chances are you're using the wrong username/password configuration. If your site is on cPanel, the SMTP username will look like this: joe+yourdomain.com, and the password will of course be the password. Try replacing the @ with a +. If you still need help, contact your host and they should be able to help.

When you download it, doesn't it come with a readme file? Those usually contain installation directions, ya know. If not, just upload the files to their respective directory, then go to Manage Applications & Modules, and then click install next to downloads.

Only they would be able to tell you what the exact issue is, because diagnosing this issue involved accessing server logs and changing things admin-side. My only recommendation to you is go with a different provider with a good reputation or get a vps with cPanel on it.

16,000+ people like it on Facebook, so they must be doing something right. I know their site could probably look more appealing and professional, but I would say it's legit.
