    Default IPB doesn't provide that. This plugin might help

    Both are quite good, it would just depend on what you're looking to get out of it. Personally, I prefer IPB since I think it has a lot more customization and features available from all the hooks/mods/etc. so each forum on it is unique. Xenforo is much more simplistic and uniform, so it's easy to get the hang of it.
