PUBG is more "realistic" in many ways and it's more serious. Fortnite is for fun and got the "advantage" of getting cover avoiding shoots. It depends of what are you searching in gameplay. I like boths, but due the last updates and bad comments on PUBG, I'd rather choose Fortnite.

It depends on what are you searching on a phone. Android is kinda flexible and can enable unknown sources to edit it as much as you want. iOS is more "secure" because you can't edit it as you want. imo
