Hey just an update on the outcome. After looking in to it and testing a few things i come to see its not cloud flare blocking it for me its google chrome. If i use microsoft edge it works with out error. Hope this helps anyone else

Seems im a bit blind i cant see this 4.1 = 1.0.7 (Click to view changelog then select 1.0.7 to download that version)
