    When I try to upload a 900KB XML theme file to IPS 4.x (whatever the latest version is, I just downloaded it), after about 30 seconds it says 408 Request Timeout and the theme doesn't get uploaded. I've tried multiple files, all ~900KB. I've changed all the applicable settings I can think of in php.ini to allow for large, and long file uploads. What is wrong?!!? This is driving me crazy. I need a cool theme :C EDIT: A 300KB file works fine. I don't get it...
