Error during upgrade to 4.5.3

Hello, I am trying to upgrade my IPS to 4.5.3 and I am getting this error: BLOB/TEXT column 'profilesync' used in key specification without a key length I am using MySQL 5.7 and PHP 7.4. Anyone know what it could be and how to fix it? Thank you.
