You could just go into your Admin Control Panel > Customization > Themes > Edit HTML & CSS > Templates > globalTemplate and then locate this:
<title>{expression="output.getTitle( $title )"}</title>Then you can remove everything between the <title> tags and then insert a custom title.
For example:
<title>WebFlake</title>However the side effect of this is that if you change the title of your website, it will not auto update, you just will have to go fix it manually.

Go into your FTP > applications > and delete the CMS folder.

This has been fixed in 4.0.11+

Customization > Themes > Pencil Icon > Custom Tab > check the enable fluid width checkbox and change the percentage below that.

Go to ACP -> Themes and the select Manage Resources on the theme you're editing. Upload your background image there and it'll give you a template tag to use.
Then visit ACP -> Themes -> Edit HTML & CSS -> CSS -> core -> front -> custom -> custom.css

Change #000 to the background color you'd like. You can also edit global.css as well, but if you're not creating your own framework based off of the default theme, it's best to just override things in custom.css so you'll have smoother theme upgrades without having to redo your work.

Well you appear to have Chatbox AND Shoutbox installed. One thing you could do is uninstall one of them.
Then go into your ACP > Shoutbox and you should see your options there.
