I did read the instruction already but seem i am doing something wrong " maybe in Upload the public folder to the root directory of your forum " cant get it done

I did those already but the image keep broken, correct it says i have to upload the flags ( images? on public > style_images I've upliad the folder there and copy the url from the folder but when i do it is FTP url not http:// ( my site ) what is wrong im doing those steps correctly i dont know what i am wrong. The name of the o folder where i got the flags says imgs > country > then there all the images inside GIFT.

I've having problem to see all my flags into Drop down box I've uploaded the flags to " Public -> image_style inside there and where is located the Forum Directory? someone explain me please
