Why have you come here then? It has nothing to do with IPB, and I wouldn't consider such elementary designing applicable for help. You can find many different templates you can use just by searching "HTML home page". There are hundreds you can choose from and edit to your liking.

As well as being my website and design, this has nothing to do with IPB or even PHP. It's literally just a simple HTML home page that shows live server statistics and links to my website. If you can't make that then don't bother hosting servers.
