Thanks for your help guys, but now I'll tell you how I solved it. Technically not know how to explain the reason, but I solved entering the back-end admin cp, Themes> Designer Mode> Enable Designers' Mode>, then select the option to update the template. Once this is done the problem was resolved.
CSS and JavaScripts resources are in the uploads directory. These should be updated by the system of ACP Themes.

And solved the problem. The problem was that in the database tables with prefixes had x_tablename
I removed those tables that contained these prefixes and I solved the problem.
