When you changed it from a to b, did you change the URL in the config file? Also, if you're using Apache and with an .htaccess, make sure to make changes accordingly.

You're right. This would require using Release Notes with minor CSS and HTML edits.

Images should be 20 x 20 and should include a padding-bottom of 2 pixels.

This topic is completely useless. Factually, IPS 4 offers so much more in terms of content. No updates are being made to IPB 3.4, so any security risks from 2013 will more than likely be in the software still.
