This application will allow you to add up to 5 new links on the navigation bar of IPS 4.

Works just like the links created by the Pages application (formerly IP.Content) or even as the links created for Commerce application (formerly IP.Nexus - links Support and Online Store): they can only be moved collectively; you can not separate them. This is due to how the navigation bar works (links grouped by applications).
