Try this, it worked for me when i had the same problem. Take a backup of your *./public/js/ folder. Download new copy of your IP.Board, same version tho. Just copy your *./public/js/ folder to your server via. FTP or w.e you have. Upload the missing files, if any! I fixed mine like this. Hit n' Trial.
