Do not use <strong> as a div. It's a text modifier and shouldn't be used as root of divs (<strong><div></div></strong>)
Delete all your <strong style="color:#1c4c56"> (you have a lot of them that are empty, wtf?) located in <div id="ipsLayout_contentWrapper">.Did you put those in a foreach xD?
