Try and recache your skin/rebuild. If this doesn't work you will need to rename the new background something else and find where the background is stored in the CSS templates (ipb_styles.css) and replace the old file name with the new one.

This isn't the shoutbox itself causing this error I believe it is a 3rd party application/hook. Uninstall soundboxGlobalPlayer and that should fix your errors.
