Hello Hoping someone can help me please here . Keep getting this error on old forum I've used had to set a new one up but wanted to get some stuff of this one too . FATAL ERROR Your settings could not be read by IP.Board. This is a fatal error and IP.Board cannot function while this issue persists. This issue is generally caused by changing your character set in the ACP to one that does not support data stored in the rest of your settings, or by restoring a database backup/completing a server transfer and importing your database tables using the wrong character set or collation. You should contact IPS Technical Support for further assistance. Was working fine then couple weeks ago it happened and nothing had changed etc? I can't even access admin CP on the site now as that error stops me getting there I'd be really grateful for any help . Thank you

In fact ignore I've installed 4.2.8 as most of the plugins i wanted seem to work with it so this is working now .

Hello I'm really needing a app like (GS)_VIP_Members_1.0.1 to work on a forum . How ever I've installed this and it's not working at all keeps giving an error in members profile field when they have been moved in to a certain group. Also it doesn't seem to let me select the group they need to be moved in to . I realise it says it works on 4.2.9 and below which made me think it would would work with 4.1.19 version . Is there anything else out there that can do the same thing or anyway this could be fixed to work please? Thank you

Just tried this Lock down and it still didn't work . If you have the time feel free to use the login details and see if you can get them to work please as i really don't want to edit everything ! Thank you Anyone else have any ideas please I'm really needing to get this sorted please. Thank you.

HI all I've converted my board from Mybb and everything seems fine but the hide tags i've now installed doesn't recognise the hide tag if it was placed inside the code tag , ( hard to explain ) see picture with what i mean Now my only way around this is to edit every post and remove the code tags and just leave the hide tags but is there away that some of you IP board wizards no to save me all this time as i have a lot of posts like this ! Thank you Regards.

Strange tried this and placed it in the snapshot css like you said and it didn't work yet it worked fine on the default skin that comes with the board? Thanks

Thanks for the reply tried this on the built in skin and the snapshot skin and it still allows the user the close the staff online and the recent topic boxes . Thanks.

I'm using custom side boxes yes I'll check for that option but I'm using the standard box for recent topics which comes with the board .
