    This is for Android too, I mean that in Android 4 and 5 we needed to root our devices to extend the freedom provided. but starting from Android 6, you will rarely need to root your device.

    You can find information about it in the "About" section of its official site. Also IP.Board differs than IPS Community Suite. IP.Board was the first product of InvisionCommunity, however it is now replaced with "IPS Community Suite" - and IP.Board isn't receiving updates anymore.
