    Hi - I would like to suggest that you reconsider the language you use in the inactive email notification that you send. It is extemely offensive. Perhaps English is not your native language but to accuse someone of being a leach is extremely vulgar and inflammatory. The word carries a connation of immoral depravity. Submitted.
