    Ok, but how would you implement it on the index, is there a separate widget or mod?

    Armed Unity has the IP.Chat but the admin is removing it as more people use the shoutbox to chat rather than the app. Don't buy it, it's not worth it - use the shouttbox or another mod to do the same job. It'll save you the $$$ later...
