I was looking everywhere but couldn't find it, i guess it's an apllication so the thing is I want to add a pic in my topic tittle, not with that hook, where i have to manually add a pic to every topic, but an application/hook that will ad the same pic to every topic tittle in appropriate category, something like this http://prntscr.com/4b4dnf http://prntscr.com/4b4ftj anyone knows the name of this hook/application?

So i kinda messed up permissions on my forum, here's the thing i accidentally restricted Owner's and all other ranks that have acp to acces ACP Restrictions tab so now no one has full acp, no one can add or edit admins, are there any ways to gain full acp back?
